First off let me say Happy New Year to everyone who follows along with my video drawing tutorials. I wish you all the best for 2010! To start off 2010 I’m adding more color tutorials to Drawing Tutorials Online. You will begin to see more traditional and digital color tutorials coming early in 2010.
Moving into a bigger studio will help to facilitate filming traditional painting tutorials. I look forward to sharing the knowledge I have gained from 18 years of illustration with all of you. Have a great New Year!

Hey Matthew, I absolutely love your site. Your drawings and paintings are amazing. I love how you are able to get so much detail in your artwork. Anyways, I’m a senior in high school looking to get better at art. Do you have any tips on getting the exact proportion correct, by eye sight.
Thanks, T.J.

Hello Mathew,
Excellent site, now if I only get busy and use all the resources.
I do like the digital items…and would appreciate more techniques for doing this.
Photoshop is great…so so so many uses for image manipulation….
All the Best for the New year…wow…2010 already…time flies.
Also hope the new home is going well….
Up here in Ottawa, snowed another six inches last night….lots of snow.
